Practical guidance for the product as it exists today. Anything not yet available is labelled, so the documentation never contradicts the product.
Create your account and set up the workspace your team will work in.

A workspace holds your channels, conversations, customers, and business information. You can invite teammates and assign roles such as owner, admin, manager, or agent. Switch between workspaces from the workspace switcher in the top bar.
On first sign-in, a short guided flow walks you through adding business information, products or services, and connecting your first channel. You can revisit any step later.
Connect the places your customers message you from.
Open Channels, choose Gmail, and complete Google authorisation. Existing threads are imported, and new mail then syncs automatically in the background. If you need Gmail actions such as archive or trash, grant the modify permission when prompted; you can reconnect later to upgrade permissions without creating a duplicate channel.
WhatsApp uses the WhatsApp Cloud API with your own WhatsApp Business account. Provide your business phone number configuration and complete the webhook verification step from the Channels area.
The built-in web chat channel routes site conversations into the same Universal Inbox as other channels.
Channels shown as coming soon in the Channels area are not yet available. See the Integrations page for the current status of each connector.
Read, reply to, and organise customer conversations.
Use the All channels view or filter by a single channel. Conversations that need a reply are highlighted so you can work the queue. Assign a conversation to yourself or a teammate, and archive it when it is done.
Message content is normalised for every channel, so email HTML, plain text, and messaging content all render consistently. Safe links stay clickable; unsafe content is stripped. Inbound and outbound messages are clearly distinguished.
Search across conversations and messages, and filter by channel, assignment, and status to narrow the queue.
Actions are labelled by scope: actions that apply only inside OmniInbox are separated from actions synced to the provider, such as archiving or trashing a Gmail message.
Get help drafting replies and understanding conversations.
Ask questions about your conversations, request a summary of a thread, or generate a suggested reply. Suggestions appear in a review panel where you can insert, regenerate, or dismiss them. Nothing is sent automatically.
Create assistant roles such as Customer Support, Sales, or Business Assistant using a short wizard. Advanced configuration is available but hidden by default. Approval rules let you require a human decision before sensitive actions.
Add your business profile, products and services, and documents under My Business. AI answers are grounded in this information, and the assistant will say it does not know rather than invent details such as prices.
Manage your profile, security, and workspaces.
Update your name and account details from your account settings.
Change your password or use Google or Microsoft sign-in. Sessions are managed for you, and you can reset a forgotten password from the sign-in screen.
Invite teammates, set roles, and switch between workspaces. Data is isolated per workspace, so members only see the workspaces they belong to.
A public developer API is not available yet. See the API reference page for the current status.
