Integrations

Connect the channels your customers already use

Integrations are listed honestly: available means you can connect and use it today, planned means it is being built and is not usable yet.

Available now

Connect these from the Channels area of your workspace.

Gmail

Available

Connect a Gmail mailbox with Google authorisation. Existing threads are imported, new mail syncs automatically, replies stay in the original thread, and supported actions such as archive or move to trash can be applied in Gmail.

WhatsApp Business (Cloud API)

Available

Receive and send WhatsApp Business messages using your own WhatsApp Business account and Cloud API configuration, with inbound messages delivered through a secure webhook.

Web chat

Available

A built-in web chat channel so messages started on your site arrive in the same Universal Inbox as every other conversation.

Planned and in development

Telegram

Planned

Connector groundwork exists in the platform but the channel is not yet generally available for production use.

Slack

Planned

Connector groundwork exists in the platform and is not yet generally available for production use.

Facebook and Instagram messaging

Planned

Meta messaging channels are planned so direct messages and comments can be handled in the Universal Inbox.

Additional email providers

Planned

Support for mailboxes beyond Gmail, including other IMAP and provider-specific integrations.

Public developer API

Planned

A documented public API and webhooks so you can connect OmniInbox AI to your own systems.

Bring your own credentials

Channel integrations use your own provider accounts and credentials. Connection secrets are stored encrypted and are never displayed back to users or shared between workspaces.
